Everyone knows that preparation is a major part of the job. Indeed it is proverbial. If you cut steps when you prepare a building for painting, in any phase, there is a much higher chance of future failure of the applied coating, even ‘catastrophic failure’ which in the language of paint coatings means a major failure of the applied coat of paint. Failure of that sort can be very costly to repair. In the following photographs we give an example of the proper preparation procedures we always follow.
