After power-washing, the failed areas are scraped by hand back to sound, attached coating, and we apply either a masonry sealer and/or a high-build Elastomeric over that failed area, priming the exposed concrete, and bridging the failed area with a product that acts like a ‘glue’. In this photo, Elastomeric coating is applied by hand over areas previously spot-primed with masonry sealer.
